Albert's Global Kitchen is a small, non-commercial fan project that helps people living abroad cook the dishes they miss using ingredients they can actually find in their local supermarket. By using the AI adapter, image generator, or any other AI feature on this site, you agree to the terms below.
1. Copyright & original recipes
All original recipes, photographs, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners (including Albert Heijn / Allerhande and any other publisher whose recipe you paste in). We do not claim ownership of any source recipe. Adapted output generated by this site is a transformative, personal-use interpretation produced on your request — it is not a republication of the original work. If you are the rights holder of a recipe and would like it removed or attributed differently, please contact us and we will act quickly.
2. Intended audience
This tool is intended for people who live outside the country of the original recipe and cannot reasonably access the original store or ingredients. It exists to help homesick cooks recreate familiar dishes, not to replace or compete with the original publisher. If you live somewhere the original store operates, please buy the original ingredients and support the original publisher directly.
3. A tribute, not an affiliation
Albert's Global Kitchen is an independent fan tribute. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Albert Heijn, Allerhande, or any supermarket, brand, or publication mentioned on the site. All brand names, logos, and store names are used for identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
4. Allergies, dietary needs & food safety
The AI may suggest ingredient swaps that contain allergens, animal products, alcohol, or trace ingredients that differ from the original recipe. AI-generated product photos and shelf descriptions are illustrative only — actual packaging, formulas, and ingredients vary by country, store, and batch.
You are solely responsible for checking every label before you buy, cook, or serve any ingredient. We do not accept any liability for allergic reactions, intolerances, dietary conflicts, foodborne illness, or any other harm arising from the use of AI-generated recipes, ingredient swaps, product images, or translated phrases. If you or anyone you cook for has a serious allergy or medical dietary requirement, do not rely on this tool — consult the product packaging and, if needed, a qualified professional.
5. AI output is not perfect
Almost all copy on this site is AI-generated. That includes the recipe adaptations, ingredient swaps, product images and shelf descriptions, translated phrases, and the "tonight's tailored picks" / news-driven blurbs on the homepage. The news context is produced by a model summarising recent headlines and can misattribute, misquote, exaggerate, or fabricate events entirely.
AI-generated content can be wrong, out of date, or hallucinate products, aisles, brand names, headlines, and translations that do not exist — and occasionally produces bizarre, off-tone, or nonsensical results. Treat every suggestion and every news-style blurb as a starting point or entertainment, not a fact, and verify anything that matters against a reliable source.

By ticking the agreement box and generating a recipe, an image, or a translated phrase, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
