Dutch Apple Pie

Method

Rub butter into flour with sugar and salt. Bind with egg into a dough. Chill 30 min.

Line a 24 cm springform with 2/3 of the dough, dust base with breadcrumbs.

Toss apples with raisins, cinnamon and a little sugar. Pile high in the tin.

Lattice the remaining dough on top, brush with yolk, bake 175°C / 60 min.
