Dutch Pancakes with Bacon & Syrup
Thin, plate-sized pancakes — sweet, savoury, or both at once. The only correct topping is stroop.

Method

Whisk flour, milk, eggs and salt into a smooth thin batter. Rest 10 min.

Fry bacon slices in a wide pan until just crisp; pour batter over to coat.

Cook 2 min, flip, cook another minute. Slide onto a plate.

Repeat. Stack with butter between layers. Drizzle generously with stroop.
