Kale & Sausage Stamppot
The winter classic: mashed potatoes folded with curly kale, served with smoked sausage and a well of jus.

Boil potatoes with a pinch of salt for 15 min. Add kale on top for the last 8 min.

Warm the smoked sausage gently in hot (not boiling) water for 20 min.

Drain potatoes & kale. Mash with butter and warm milk. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg.

Serve with a well of mustard in the middle and the sliced sausage on top.
